Earth to Ether: A Sacred Breathwork Journey
under the New Moon in Cancer

Immerse. Breathe. Remember.

Held at Heartwood Farm Byron Bay
Sunday 19 July 2026

Join us beneath the nurturing darkness of the Cancer New Moon for an immersive outdoor
Breathwork Journey held in nature at Heartwood Farm in the Byron Bay Hinterland.

A sacred afternoon of blue lotus tea, conscious connected breathwork, shamanic ritual,
elemental connection and intention setting - designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, awaken your intuition
and plant powerful seeds for the next chapter of your life.

Guided by renowned Byron Bay breathwork facilitator Kristy Ferrari (Krissy), this intimate experience invites you
to journey inward through conscious connected breath, evocative music and the gentle support of ceremonial blue lotus tea.

THIS NEW MOON IN CANCER

Nurture the dream. Trust the timing. Plant the seed.

The Cancer New Moon is one of the most potent astrological resets of the year.

As the Moon returns to her home sign of Cancer, we are invited to soften, listen and reconnect with what truly matters.
This is a time for emotional nourishment, intuitive awakening and setting intentions aligned with your heart's deepest desires.

Under the darkness of the New Moon, we turn inward. We honour where we have been, reconnect with who
we are becoming and consciously call in the experiences, relationships and opportunities we wish to cultivate.

Together, through ceremony, intention and breath, we will harness this fertile lunar energy to
create from a place of clarity, trust and alignment.

Held upon Heartwood Farm's private ridgeline around the stone labyrinth and within the medicine wheel, this immersive experience
unfolds beneath vast open skies in the presence of the ancient Grandmother Tree and the healing energy of the Wilsons River.

As above, so below. As within, so without.

About Breathwork

Breathwork is one of the oldest healing modalities known to humanity - used across ancient yogic and shamanic traditions
as a pathway to transformation, healing and expanded consciousness.

Through conscious connected breathing, stored emotional energy and tension may begin to release from the body,
allowing profound states of clarity, peace and self-awareness to emerge.

Benefits may include:

Emotional release
Nervous system regulation
Increased clarity & intuition
Stress reduction
Expanded self-awareness
Deep inner connection

Ceremonial Blue Lotus Tea

Revered by the ancient Egyptians as a sacred flower of enlightenment and spiritual awakening,
Blue Lotus has been used for thousands of years within ceremony and ritual.

This gentle yet powerful plant ally supports relaxation, intuition, emotional openness and connection to the deeper self -
working beautifully alongside breathwork to enhance the journey inward.

Prepared lovingly with intention and prayer, Blue Lotus invites us to soften, listen and surrender to the wisdom within,
creating space for clarity, insight and heartfelt intention beneath the Cancer New Moon.
