Renee is a seasoned transformational hypnotherapist, human design expert, and master breath work facilitator, with a strong foundation in yoga and meditation teachings. With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, she is passionate about personal development, motivation & empowerment, helping individuals excel in life and become their best selves.
Throughout her career, she has orchestrated hundreds of transformative retreats and spent nine years gaining insights from the world's most elite leaders while working on motor yachts, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to each interaction.

The Power of the Breath

Taking a deep breath immediately shifts your energy. Now imagine sustaining this focus through a dedicated session. Breath supplies oxygen to every cell in the body, and the more we invite it in, the more vital, balanced, and alive we feel.

By focusing on the breath, participants can access deeper states of consciousness such as Alpha and Theta - gateways to the subconscious and inner psyche. Breathwork also stimulates the pineal and pituitary glands, releasing natural chemistry in the body that supports serotonin production,
often called the “feel-good” hormone.

Releasing Blocked Emotions

Breathwork is like opening a long-locked room in the body. As the doors open, forgotten “boxes” (emotions) may be stirred - sometimes grief or anger, other times bliss, joy, or ecstasy. Breathwork invites participants not to suppress what arises, but to release and integrate it,

Is this workshop for me?

Do I need experience?
No. All levels are welcome.

What should I bring?
Nothing. We provide futons, blankets, bolsters, pillows, and eye pillows. Simply wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes
as we will take a 700m walk to the river.

Any health considerations?
If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, a serious medical condition, or a history of seizures, please consult your healthcare provider and let us know in advance so we can support you appropriately.
