Through breath, music and ceremonial cacao, we create a safe and sacred space for healing, expansion and profound reconnection.

Across the morning you will be guided through a deeply immersive breathwork journey designed to support emotional release,

Conscious Connected Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful yet natural process that activates the body’s innate healing intelligence.
Through rhythmic circular breathing, the body enters a state where the nervous system can reset and stored emotional tension may gently release.
