WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Lionsgate Events. By booking or attending our workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another person or future event, subject to availability and arranged in advance.
If Lionsgate Events cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to a future event.
If an event is postponed due to illness, weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All tickets must be purchased via the official booking platform.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person or event date, subject to availability and organiser approval.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Wellness Participation Waiver below.
TICKETS & PAYMENT
DRUM MAKING WORKSHOPS - MATERIALS COMMITMENT
Drum Making Workshops require advance purchase of specialised materials, including drum skins.
If you cancel one (1) month or less prior, a $400 materials fee is non-refundable.
Any remaining balance may be transferred to another person or future Lionsgate Events workshop.
Lionsgate Events offers wellness experiences which may include breathwork, sound healing, yoga nidra, meditation, ceremonial practices, tarot and intuitive readings, reiki and energy healing, name or vibrational healing, liquid crystal essences, drum making, chakra workshops, equine-assisted experiences, movement and nature immersion.
Experiences may involve physical activity, emotional release, altered states of awareness, interaction with animals or natural environments.
Participation may not be suitable for everyone, including those who are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, a history of seizures, serious medical or mental health conditions, recent surgery or injury.
Some ceremonial offerings, including liquid crystal essences, are optional and taken at the participant’s discretion and are not intended to diagnose,
treat or cure any condition.
Equine-assisted experiences involve interaction with live animals. I understand that animals can behave unpredictably and that participation carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I agree to follow all instructions provided by facilitators and equine professionals at all times during horse-assisted experiences.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you take responsibility for your health and participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
HEALTH, PARTICIPATION & SUITABILITY
Photos and short videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Please advise the organiser on arrival if you do not wish to appear in any images or recordings.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
All mats, futons, bolsters, blankets, pillows, and eye pillows are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing (layers are recommended for temperature changes) and footwear suitable for a short walk to the river (approx. 700m).
You do not need to bring anything else other than yourself and an open heart.
WHAT TO BRING & WEAR
Please arrive on time to allow for a smooth start. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience.
We ask all participants to arrive with an open heart, respect the space, and be mindful of others.
The workshop is a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
ARRIVAL & CONDUCT
Events are held at Heartwood Farm, 498 Binna Burra Road, Federal NSW, down long driveway, keep RIGHT at the fork unless otherwise stated.
Attendees enter the property and participate at their own risk.
Lionsgate Events and Heartwood Farm Byron Bay are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
LOCATION & PROPERTY
Lionsgate Events is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. All information collected through our booking forms, correspondence and during events - including personal, health and sensitive information - is treated as strictly confidential and stored securely. This information is collected solely for the purposes of event administration, participant safety, and to ensure an aligned and supportive experience. We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to protect your wellbeing during an event.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
For workshops involving astrology, including Treasure Mapping, we may request your date, place and time of birth. This information is used solely to prepare your personalised astrological insights and to enhance the accuracy and depth of the workshop experience. Your astrological details are treated with the same level of care and confidentiality as all personal information and are never shared, stored beyond what is necessary, or used for any other purpose.
ASTROLOGICAL INFORMATION
WELLNESS PARTICIPATION WAIVER & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge and agree that:
I am participating voluntarily in a Lionsgate Events workshop or retreat.
These experiences are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
I am responsible for my own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and will participate only to my comfort level.
I have disclosed (or will disclose) any relevant medical, physical or mental health conditions.
I release and hold harmless Lionsgate Events Pty Ltd, Heartwood Farm Byron Bay, facilitators, contractors, staff and animal handlers from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from my participation, to the extent permitted by law.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lionsgate Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website.
