A sacred afternoon of ceremonial cacao, conscious connected breathwork, shamanic ritual, elemental connection and fire integration -
designed to help you release what no longer serves and return home to yourself.
Guided by renowned Byron Bay breathwork facilitator Kristy Ferrari (Krissy), this experience invites you to journey inward
through conscious connected breath, evocative music and the gentle support of Cacao.

trusting that as the moon begins to wane, it carries away the old to make space for the new.
The Experience
Set upon Heartwood Farm's private ridgeline in the Byron Bay Hinterland, this sacred outdoor experience
takes place around the stone labyrinth, held within the medicine wheel beneath vast open skies.
In the presence of Heartwood Farm’s ancient Grandmother Tree, with the energy of the nearby Wilsons River flowing through the land,

Meet Krissy Ferrari
Founder of Lion Hearts Breathwork
Kristy Ferrari (affectionately known as Krissy) is a heart-led Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor,
cacao ceremonialist, yoga teacher and shamanic practitioner.
Her work weaves together breath, ritual, sound and energetic healing to support deep transformation,
emotional release and remembrance of the true self.
Krissy believes we are living in a powerful time of collective healing
and that the breath is one of the greatest tools we have to return to the heart.
The Setting
Heartwood Farm is a private sanctuary set on 102 acres in the Byron Bay Hinterland.
